We are based in Redditch, Worcestershire, and travel for free within a 10 mile radius. There is a delivery charge outside of this depending on your location. Happy to discuss delivery options we do our best to not turn anyone down.

Yes we will bring the letters to your venue and set them up in your desired spot, access permitting. We will test all
letters before leaving the venue.
Yes we do. We will liaise with your provided contact at the venue so you do not have to be the middle person or worry about any of the logistics.
Unfortunately they cannot. Our letters/numbers are mains operated and not waterproof.

We charge at £50 damage deposit which is to be paid with the final balance 28 days before your event date. If there is no damage to the letters the deposit will be refunded within 5 working days after the event. Should you cancel within 14 days we will keep 100% of your total booking, however we will refund the damage deposit.
